Definitely the best hardware shop in Oxford. Friendly, understanding staff offering loads of bits at reasonable prices. I wish every shop was like Smith and Low.

"this place is the only place to go in oxford to buy hardware stuff, and the guys there really know their stuff...I love this place!!
